I had my PC audio setting set for my normal speakers, once I set the audio out on my PC (not Streamlabs) to the speakers on the monitor itself, it would stream the audio to my live stream. I would sometimes have to restart my stream several times before it would start picking up. On Streamlabs I could see the audio was coming through from the PS4, but I was never hearing it on my livestream. My headphones were plugged into the back of the gaming monitor in order to pick up the sound. I have my PS4 running into my 4k60 Elgato Capture Card, out of my card into one of my monitors to use as my gaming monitor. I had an audio issue which I will mention here in case someone runs into this.
